Meet the Harrisons — Proud owners of South Cape Oyster Company, a North Carolina family-owned shellfish farm built on a love for the water, hard work, and faith in God. For us, it's more than just farming — it’s a way of life, a family tradition in the making, and a passion we're proud to share. 

There’s just something special about heading out on the water, getting your hands dirty, and seeing the fruits of your labor come to life. We've poured a whole lot of heart and soul into caring for our oysters and clams through every season, and there’s no better reward than bringing them to your table. 

At the end of the day, it’s a simple life — salty hands, muddy boots, and a whole lot to be grateful for. We're proud to work these waters, raise our family on them, and share a little piece of what we love with you.
